How to buy or order ?
|

|
|
In General :
We have an experience with realization of different kind of orders and projects.
The iconografer Jivko Donkov is real master - professional and precise.
We work together for almost 10 years and now we make new online catalogue.
Our clients are from USA, Greece, Austria, Germany, Italy, Finland, France and other foreign countries. Some of the clients make their own collections or some kind of business. Other clients are theologian or people from the Church. Most of them are catholic.
We understand that the mutual trust is most important in work with clients and orders.
That’s why we want to thank to all of our clients who made the steps below :
1. Choice and first contact
When you found what you like from the catalogue – you can make the first step – just write to us.

You can explain what do you like. For short you can use the catalogue numbers .
Every icon from the catalogue has some name and catalogue number (CN 100 for example).
If you want something different from the catalogue – no problem. We will make it.
Our catalogue is increasing with each special order.
* Photos of the icons are made during the period 2005-2007 year .
When we are ready with the order we will send to you actual photos of the finished icons.
2. Shipment and insurance of the package.
We make a good safe-packing and also insure the delivery.
For shipping we use Bulgarian Post (3-7 business days) ; UPS or FedEx – 2 business days for delivery.
Insuarance is possible for shipment by UPS and FedEx.
Good to know :
When you receive your order - please, make an inspection of the package at the moment of receiving.
If you see any visible damage of the original package – please open it in the presence of the man from shipping company. If there is some fatal damages – reject the receiving because of the damaged package.
This will be very helphul for a quick receiving of money from the insurance.
In this case you can receive new icons or you can ask for a full refund.
3. Payment - wire transfer, PayPal, Western Union
A) When we are ready with the order we inform you about details for payment.
Total payment is : Price of icons + Price of delivery.
When we receive the full payment we send the icons immediately.
We make for free safe-packing, documents and taxes for export certificates.
Clients send money in our bank account or make payment by PayPal (for orders less than 500 euro).
B) If the order is too big and takes 1- 2 months :
- First client make deposit of 30 % of the icons price.
- When we are ready and the client see the photos of finished icons he make the final payment : the next 70% + price for delivery.
- When we receive the full payment we send the icons immediately.
4. General Returns Policy
You may return the works you received within 20 days of delivery for a full refund.
You have to pay the returning shipment using a good safe packing and the same shipping company. If the package was insured it’s good to insure it again.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Живко Донков е роден през 1974 г.
1992 - Завършва Художествената гимназия в гр.София
2000 - Магистърска степен "Педагогика на изобразителното изкуство", СУ "Климент Охридски"
" За нас е истински късмет и удоволствие да работим с автор като Живко Донков.Той е не само талантлив , но също така работи упорито всеки ден за своето усъвършенстване в иконописта.
Работим заедно вече 10 години, през които художникът е изработил стотици икони - за поръчки, проекти и благотворителни изложби.
Затова и днес уверено можем да кажем, че той е истински професионалист.
В работата си Живко Донков използва автентичните методи за изработка на икони, а образците, които следва се намират в манастири, музеи и катедрали.
Важно е да кажем, че всеки, който е виждал неговите икони споделя мнението, че Живко е надарен с талант за иконография.
